摘　　要：目的分析慢性咽炎与胃食道反流发生的关系。方法选择2017年8月~2020年8月来我院就诊的反复发作慢性咽炎患者为观察对象,所有患者经胃镜检查由胃食道反流引起的患者100例,以随机单盲法分成两组,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予奥美拉唑+吗丁啉+金嗓利咽丸治疗,对比两组治疗效果以及各症状缓解时间。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率明显高于对照组,结果P<0.05;观察组患者治疗后的咽痛、咽干、咽痒以及咳嗽症状缓解时间明显短于对照组,统计差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论胃食管反流是导致慢性咽炎发作和难以根治的重要原因之一,大部分慢性咽炎患者均存在不同程度胃食管反流,故选择抑酸、促进胃动力药物治疗对改善咽炎具有显著成效,值得临床推广采纳。Objective To analyze the relationship between chronic pharyngitis and gastroesophageal reflux.Methods The patients with recurrent chronic pharyngitis who came to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2020 were selected as the observation object.All patients were examined by gastroscopy and 100 patients with gastroesophageal reflux caused by gastroesophageal reflux.They were divided into two groups by random single-blind method.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given omeprazole+domperidone+Jinsang Liyan pills to compare the treatment effects and the time of relief of each symptom between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the result was P<0.05;the relief time of sore throat,dry throat,itching and cough symptoms of the observation group after treatment was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the statistical difference was significant.(P<0.05).Conclusion Gastroesophageal reflux is one of the important reasons leading to the onset of chronic pharyngitis and is difficult to cure.Most patients with chronic pharyngitis have gastroesophageal reflux to varying degrees.Therefore,choosing acid-suppressing and gastrodynamic drug therapy has significant effects on improving pharyngitis It is worthy of clinical promotion and adoption.
