支撑喉镜下声门暴露困难的声带息肉手术患者的围手术期处理策略

摘　　要：目的分析支撑喉镜下声门暴露困难的声带息肉手术患者的术前评估和手术方式选择。方法选择2014年12月~2020年12月期间收治的、在术前评估中可能存在支撑喉镜下声门暴露困难问题的70例声带息肉患者,为其进行术前评估并选择适合的手术方式,观察支撑喉镜下声门暴露困难发生情况和患者的治疗效果。结果 70例患者中有7例暴露良好,予以排除;其余63例患者均存在支撑喉镜下声门暴露困难问题。总有效率96.83%。结论术前评估和选择适合手术方法可以有效解决声带息肉手术患者的支撑喉镜下声门暴露困难问题。Objective To analyze the preoperative evaluation and selection of surgical methods for patients undergoing vocal cord polyp surgery with difficult glottal exposure under support laryngoscopy.Methods 70 patients with vocal cord polyps who were admitted between December 2014 and December 2020 who may have difficulty in exposure of the glottis under the support laryngoscope in the preoperative evaluation,and perform preoperative evaluation and select suitable surgical methods for them.Observe the occurrence of difficult glottal exposure under the supporting laryngoscope and the treatment effect of the patient.Results Seven of the 70 patients had good exposure and were excluded;the remaining 63 patients had difficulty in exposure of the glottis under the supporting laryngoscope.The total effective rate was 96.83%.Conclusion Preoperative evaluation and selection of suitable surgical methods can effectively solve the problem of difficult glottal exposure under supporting laryngoscopy for patients undergoing vocal cord polyp surgery.
