鼻内窥镜下治疗牙源性上颌窦炎的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨鼻内窥镜下治疗牙源性上颌窦炎的护理方法及效果。方法选择鼻内窥镜下治疗的牙源性上颌窦炎患者25例进行回顾性分析,做好围手术期护理,总结效果。结果25例患者均痊愈,症状消失,窦口开放良好,无脓性分泌物;未发生任何1例近期与远期并发症,随访期间无复发;患者对护理满意率为96.00%。结论鼻内窥镜下治疗牙源性上颌窦炎做好围手术期护理,痊愈率高,并发症少,基本无复发,对护理满意率高。Objective To explore the nursing methods and effects of odontogenic maxillary sinusitis under nasal endoscopy.Methods Select 25 patients with odontogenic maxillary sinusitis treated under nasal endoscopy for retrospective analysis,do perioperative care,and summarize the results.Results All the 25 patients recovered,the symptoms disappeared,the sinus opening was well opened,and there was no purulent discharge;no short-term and long-term complications occurred in any one case,and no recurrence during the follow-up period;the patient’s satisfaction rate with nursing care was 96.00%.Conclusion Treatment of odontogenic maxillary sinusitis under nasal endoscopy provides perioperative care,with high recovery rate,few complications,basically no recurrence,and high satisfaction rate with care.
