观察集束化护理对于小儿急性喉炎伴喉梗阻患儿的护理效果

摘　　要：目的观察集束化护理对于小儿急性喉炎伴喉梗阻患儿的护理效果及临床影响。方法将本院收治小儿急性喉炎伴喉梗阻患儿共87例,设置对比性护理研究,研究时间段为2019年9月~2020年12月。对症治疗期间,将患儿随机分组,对照组(n=44)行基础护理,观察组(n=43)行集束化护理。比较患儿症状缓解、血气指标改善效果及护理效果。结果治疗、护理7日后,观察组SpO_(2)、PaO_(2)较治疗前及对照组均提升提升(P<0.05),观察组犬吠样咳嗽、嘶哑、喉鸣及呼吸困难症状缓解用时较对照组缩减明显(P<0.05),且观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理实施可积极配合对症治疗快速缓解小儿急性喉炎伴喉梗阻患儿症状,纠正呼吸功能及气血指标,实现高质量护理,价值显著。Objective To observe the nursing effect and clinical influence of cluster nursing on children with acute laryngitis and laryngeal obstruction.Methods A total of 87 children with acute laryngitis and laryngeal obstruction were admitted to this hospital,and a comparative nursing study was set up.The study period was from September 2019 to December 2020.During symptomatic treatment,the children were randomly divided into groups.The control group(n=44)received basic nursing care,and the observation group(n=43)received clustered nursing care.Compare the symptom relief,blood gas index improvement effect and nursing effect of children.Results After 7 days of treatment and nursing,SpO_(2)and PaO_(2)in the observation group increased compared with those before treatment and the control group(P<0.05),and the observation group barked The time needed to relieve symptoms such as cough,hoarseness,throat and dyspnea was significantly reduced compared with the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of clustered nursing can actively cooperate with symptomatic treatment to quickly relieve the symptoms of children with acute laryngitis and laryngeal obstruction,correct respiratory function and qi and blood indicators,and achieve high-quality nursing,which is of significant value.
