基于网络平台延续健康管理在鼻咽癌出院患者延续护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨基于网络平台延续健康管理在鼻咽癌出院患者中的应用疗效。方法选择我院2018年8月-2020年8月收治的96例初治鼻咽癌出院患者为研究对象,根据出院后管理方案的差异随机分为观察组与对照组,每组48例,比较两组患者出院时及出院后6个月焦虑评定量表(SAS)、抑郁评定量表(SDS)、自我效能感评价量表(GSES)、生活质量评价量表(QLQ-C30)评分。结果两组患者出院时SAS、SDS、GSES、QLQ-C30量表各项目评分均无明显差异(P>0.05),出院后6个月两组SAS、SDS评分均显著降低,GSES评分显著增加,观察组SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,GSES评分显著高于对照组,同时观察两组躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能、认知功能评分均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于网络平台的延续健康管理能够增强医、护、患三者间的交流,改善患者焦虑抑郁等不良情绪,提高患者自我效能感及出院后生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of continuous health management based on network platform in discharged patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 96 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma discharged from our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the difference of post discharge management plan,48 cases in each group.The Anxiety Rating Scale(SAS),Depression Rating Scale(SDS),self-efficacy Rating Scale(GSEs)and quality of life were compared between the two groups at discharge and 6 months after discharge Price scale(QLQ-C30)score.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of SAS,SDS,GSEs and QLQ-C30 at the time of discharge between the two groups(P>0.05).Six months after discharge,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups decreased significantly,while the scores of GSEs increased significantly.The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the scores of GSEs were significantly higher than those in the control group The cognitive function scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous health management based on network platform can enhance the communication among doctors,nurses and patients,improve patients’anxiety and depression,improve patients’self-efficacy and quality of life after discharge.
