探讨急性鼻出血患者的急救治疗与人性化护理干预效果

摘　　要：目的探讨急性鼻出血患者的急救治疗与人性化护理干预效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月于我院接受治疗的62例急性鼻出血患者为观察对象,按照随机分组原则将所有患者分为对照组和观察组各31例。对照组患者接受常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上接受急救治疗和人性化护理干预,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果对照组治疗效果显著低于观察组(61.29%<93.55%),组间对比P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论给予急性鼻出血患者实施急救治疗与人性化护理干预治疗效果显著,可在临床上大力推广。Objective To explore the effect of emergency treatment and humanized nursing intervention on patients with acute epistaxis.Method Methods 62 patients with acute epistaxis who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the observation objects,According to the principle of random grouping,all patients were divided into control group and observation group,31 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment and nursing,On this basis,the observation group received emergency treatment and humanistic nursing intervention,The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Result The treatment effect of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(61.29%<93.55%),There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The effect of emergency treatment and humanized nursing intervention on patients with acute epistaxis is remarkable,It can be popularized in clinic.
