摘 要:目的探讨体验式教学在提高手术室护士优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法选取烟台市某三甲医院手术室48名护士,采用体验式教学进行手术室护士优质护理服务培训,分为术后访视患者负反馈问题收集、手术室护士情景体验、手术室护士分享体验感受、手术室护士交流自身期待、整合、应用6个环节,共8周完成。在培训前后分别运用手术室护士人文关怀行为量表、护患沟通能力测评表和手术患者关怀感知问卷、手术患者满意度调查问卷进行测评,与去年同期做比较。结果实施体验式教学培训后,手术室护士人文关怀行为量表各项得分均明显高于培训前,手术患者关怀感知问卷、手术患者满意度调查问卷得分显著高于培训前,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)手术护理相关并发症的发生率较培训前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体验式教学可以提高手术室护士的人文关怀能力及护患沟通能力,降低手术护理相关并发症发生率,提高手术患者满意度,对提升手术室护士优质护理服务具有积极意义。Objective To explore the effect of experiential teaching in improving the high-quality nursing service of nurses in operation rooms.Methods A total of 48 nurses working in an operating room of a 3A hospital in Yantai were selected and trained in high-quality nursing service for operating room nurses using experiential teaching.The training was divided into six parts,i.e.,collection of negative feedback questions for patients during postoperative visits,situational experience of operating room nurses,sharing of experience and feelings among operating room nurses,communication of their own expectations among operating room nurses,integration and application,which were completed in a total of 8 weeks.Before and after the training,the operating room nurses’humanistic care behavior scale,the nurse-patient communication ability scale,the caring perception questionnaire for surgical patients and the satisfaction questionnaire for surgical patients were used respectively and compared with those in the same period of last year.Results After the implementation of experiential teaching training,the scores of humanistic care behavior scale for operating room nurses were significantly higher than those before the training.The scores of care perception questionnaire and satisfaction questionnaire for surgical patients were significantly higher than those before the training and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications related to surgical care was significantly lower than that before the training and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion experiential teaching can improve nurses’humanistic care ability and nurse-patient communication ability in operating room,reduce the incidence of complications related to surgical care,and improve patients’satisfaction.it is of positive significance to improve the quality of nursing service for nurses in operating room.
