摘  要:准确评估与监测干旱的发生发展是防旱减灾的关键,干旱指数是监测和评估干旱事件的有效工具。以黑龙江省为研究对象,采用标准化降水蒸散指数,选取多时间尺度SPEI栅格格点数据,使用Mann-Kendall方法和EOF方法对比分析多时间尺度SPEI的年尺度和季节尺度干湿时空变化情况,从而揭示2000—2018年黑龙江省干湿时空变化特征规律。研究结果表明:1)在时间上,随时间的变化具有干湿变化的阶段性和趋势性,总体呈现由干旱变为湿润的趋势;2)在空间上,具有明显的地域分异规律,主要表现为3种类型:干湿同向型、东—西干湿反向型和东南—西北干湿反向型。Accurate assessment and monitoring of drought occurrence and development is the key to drought prevention and mitigation.Drought index is an effective tool for monitoring and evaluating drought events.Taking Heilongjiang Province as the research object,using standardized precipitation evapotranspiration index,selecting multi time scale spei grid point data,using Mann Kendall method and EOF method,the spatial and temporal variation of dry and wet in multi time scale spei was compared and analyzed,so as to reveal the spatial and temporal variation characteristics of dry and wet in Heilongjiang Province from 2000 to 2018.The results show that:1)in terms of time distribution,there is a stage and trend of dry and wet changes with time,showing a general trend of changing from drought to wetness;2)in terms of spatial distribution,there are obvious regional differentiation rules,which are mainly manifested in three types:the same direction type of dry and wet,the reverse type of dry and wet in the east-west and the reverse type of dry and wet in the southeast northwest.
