摘 要:为制备具有较强紫外吸收性能的吸收剂,以DL-苹果酸和3,4,5-三甲氧基肉桂酸为原料,利用酯化反应两步合成一种肉桂酸酯类的紫外吸收剂,并通过质谱表征其结构。采用轧—烘—焙的方法将该整理剂应用于涤纶织物,探讨整理条件对抗紫外效果的影响以得到最优的整理处方和工艺。结果表明:在吸收剂质量浓度为10 g/L,烘干温度为65℃,焙烘温度为160℃的工艺条件下,织物的抗紫外性能最佳;经整理后织物的紫外线防护系数(UPF)从35.18升到83.95,机械力学性能没有明显下降,经过30次皂洗后织物的UPF值略有下降,说明该类整理剂具有良好的耐久性。In order to synthesize ultraviolet absorbent with strong ultraviolet absorption property,a novel anti-ultraviolet finishing agent was synthesized by the esterification reaction of DL-malic acid and 3,4,5-trimethoxycinnamic acid and its structure of which was confirmed by mass spectrometry.The anti-ultraviolet agent was applied to the PET fabric by the pad-dry-cure process.The finishing recipe and condition were optimized by investing the finishing effects to anti-ultraviolet.The results show that the optimum process conditions are as follows:absorbent concentration 10 g/L,drying temperature 65℃and baking temperature 160℃.After finishing,the ultraviolet protection factor(UPF)of the fabric increased from 35.18 to 83.95 and no significant mechanical lose.After 30 laundry cycles,the finished fabric′s UPF value slightly declined,which indicats the excellent durability of the anti-ultraviolet agent.
