肺包虫病合并曲霉菌感染一例并文献复习

摘　　要：包虫病(echinococcosis)是一种人畜共患的流行性寄生虫疾病,人感染棘球绦虫的幼虫致病,也称棘球蚴病(hydatid disease),肝脏和肺脏是最易被侵犯的器官。曲霉菌是一种腐生性真菌,曲霉菌感染常见于免疫缺陷的患者,肺包虫病合并曲霉菌感染在免疫功能正常的患者中非常罕见,在中外文献中均为个案报道。现将兰州大学第二医院收治的1例免疫功能正常、无其他伴随疾病的双侧孤立性肺包虫病合并曲霉菌感染病例报道如下,并结合中外文献进行文献复习,为这类疾病的诊断和治疗提供一定的参考依据。Echinococcosis is a zoonotic epidemic parasitic disease,which is caused by the infection with larvae of Echinococcus in humans,and the disease is also known as hydatid disease.The liver and lung are the most vulnerable organs.Aspergillus is a saprophytic fungus.Aspergillus infection is common in patients with immune deficiency.Pulmonary echinococcosis complicated with Aspergillus infection is very rare in patients with normal immune function.It is a case report in the literature at home and abroad.A case of bilateral isolated pulmonary echinococcosis complicated with Aspergillus infection with normal immune function and no other accompanying diseases admitted to Lanzhou University Second Hospital is reported as follows,and literature review is conducted in combination with Chinese and foreign literatures,so as to provide some reference value for diagnosis and treatment of this kind of disease.
