中美公共图书馆健康信息服务比较研究

摘　　要：近年来,公众对健康信息的需求和关注不断提升。公共图书馆作为重要的公共文化服务机构,应该主动向用户提供健康信息服务,助力"健康中国"战略。本文采用网络调查法,比较中美公共图书馆健康信息服务的现状,对我国31所省级公共图书馆和美国36所州立首府城市公共图书馆提供的健康信息服务开展调研,通过对健康信息服务的提供方式、服务资源、服务内容、服务人群等方面的调查分析,从规划政策指引、完善移动健康信息服务手段和细化健康服务人群等方面,对我国公共图书馆开展健康信息服务提出建议。In recent years,people pay more and more attention to the health information.As an important public cultural institution,public libraries should actively provide health information services for users,assist Healthy China Strategy.This paper compares the status quo of health information services offered by 31 provincial public libraries in China and 36 state capital city public libraries in the United States through the method of network investigation.Based on the analysis of the service method,service resources,service contents and service population of health information,it puts forward some suggestions on the development of health information service in Chinese public libraries,involving planning policy guidance,improving mobile health information service and refining the health service population.
