云计算环境下高校图书馆智慧服务转型路径研究——以西安外国语大学图书馆为例

摘　　要：本文从建设、感应、管理与服务等方面分析智慧图书馆的特点,指出高校图书馆智慧服务存在个性化推荐程度低、资源时效性不强、馆员综合素质较差等问题,提出建设智慧推荐系统、打造微媒体平台、建立健全馆藏特色数字资源、加大图书馆服务设备的投入和使用、提升馆员核心能力等转型路径,以实现提升高校图书馆智慧服务质量,为读者提供便捷智慧服务的目的。The paper analyzes the characteristics of intelligent library from the aspects of construction,induction,management and service,points out that the intelligent services of university library exist some problems,such as low degree of personalized recommendation,weak timeliness of resources and poor comprehensive quality of librarians.It puts forward some transformation paths,involving constructing intelligent recommendation system,building micro-media platform,establishing and perfecting the characteristic digital resources of library collection,increasing the input and use of library service equipment,and improving the core competence of librarians,etc.,in order to promote the quality of intelligent service of university library as well as provide convenient and intelligent service for readers.
