新时期图书情报档案管理学生就业能力提升路径研究——基于CMES-LIS的模型

摘　　要：针对目前图情档人才培养面临的市场需求端与人才供给端之间存在的阶段性矛盾挑战,本文采用文献调研法和归纳分析法,结合人力资本理论、社会资本理论和信号传递理论,对图书情报档案管理学生就业能力体系进行深入解析;基于经典就业能力模型的综合比对分析,构建图情档学生的就业能力结构CMES-LIS复合模型;根据该模型框架对图情档人才新时期就业能力的要求,从学科教育、培养模式和理论体系3个角度为未来图情档人才培养的发展方向提供一些建议参考。In view of the periodical contradiction and challenge between the market demand side and the talent supply side of the talent training for library, information and archival management, this paper uses the method of literature research and inductive analysis, combined with human capital theory, social capital theory and signal transmission theory, to deeply analyze the employability system of students in library, information and archival management. Based on the comparative analysis of the classical employability model, the Compound Model of Employability Structure for LIS(CMES-LIS) is constructed. According to the requirements of the model framework for the employability of library, information and archival management talents in the new period, this paper provides some suggestions and references for the future development direction of library, information and archival management talent training from the perspectives of disciplinary education, training mode and theoretical system.
