水杨酸去屑护发露治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察水杨酸去屑护发露治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎(seborrhoeic dermatitis,SD)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2020-04~2020-10于笔者科室就诊的头皮脂溢性皮炎病人15例,以自身治疗前后为对照,外用去屑护发露,每日或隔日1次。对比治疗前后皮损局部皮肤镜检查、鳞屑评分、头皮皮脂分泌情况、瘙痒情况、不良反应率等评估疗效。结果:病人在使用水杨酸去屑护发露后头屑明显减少,黏着性头屑十级评分(adherent scalp flaking scale,ASFS)评分降低;皮脂分泌率和瘙痒程度与基线相比明显下降。2例病人在初次使用去屑护发露头皮出现轻微刺痛感,未予特殊处理,自行缓解,继续使用后无不适且未影响治疗。结论:水杨酸去屑护发露在治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎时,可减轻头皮屑、瘙痒、头皮油脂分泌,而且无明显刺激反应。Objective:To observe the effect of salicylic acid anti-dandruff hair lotion on patients with scalp seborrheic dermatitis.Methods:Totally 15 patients of scalp seborrheic dermatitis were selected.The patients in the research were treated with salicylic acid anti-dandruff hair lotion for four weeks usage.All subjects were followed-up on baseline,1 week and 4 weeks.The scalp images were token by dermatoscope and ASFS scales were used to evaluate the severity of dandruff.The sebum excretion rate was measured.Results:The severity of dandruff decreased obviously at the 1st week and the 4th week.The sebum excretion rate was also significantly reduced at the 1st week and the 4th week compared with baseline(P<0.05).Only 2 subjects had temporary itch after using the lotion and the symptom disappeared without any therapy.Conclusion:The hair lotion products,which contain salicylic acid,can be used safely and effectively to improve itching,dandruff and sebum production in seborrheic dermatitis.
