摘　　要：为分析宁波现代综合交通运输指标体系发展进程和水平,综合考虑国家、省和市三个层面的“十三五”综合交通指标体系分类,从基础设施、运输服务、运输装备、创新发展、绿色安全五个方面,构建宁波现代综合交通运输指标体系。基于已获取的评价指标数据,结合层次分析和模糊综合评价法,构建宁波现代综合交通运输指标体系模糊评价模型,并利用综合评价辅助软件YAAHP获得评价结果。结果显示:宁波现代综合交通运输指标体系最终评价得分为3.52分,按最大隶属度原则评价为较好。在一级指标中,基础设施、创新发展得分较高,运输装备指标仅得分2.75分,为五个一级指标中最低。此外,对宁波现代综合交通运输指标体系存在的不足提出了发展对策。In order to analyze the development process and level of Ningbo modern comprehensive transportation system,considering the classification of the"13th Five-Year Plan"comprehensive transportation index system at national,provincial and municipal levels,a modern comprehensive transportation index system in Ningbo was built from five aspects:infrastructure,transportation service,transportation equipment,innovation and development,and green safety.Based on the obtained evaluation index data,the fuzzy evaluation model of Ningbo modern comprehensive transportation index system was constructed by combining hierarchical analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the evaluation results were obtained by using the comprehensive evaluation aid software YAAHP.The results showed that the final evaluation score of Ning-bo modern comprehensive transportation system was 3.52 points,which was evaluated as good according to the principle of maximum degree of membership.Among the first-level indicators,infrastructure,innovation and development scored relatively high,and the transportation equipment index scored only 2.75 points,which was the lowest of the five first-level indicators.In addition,the development countermeasures are proposed for the shortcomings of Ningbo modern comprehensive transportation system.
