非民用智能燃气表费控模式探讨

摘　　要：近几年,北京市的非民用智能燃气表发展越来越快,费控方式是智能表的重要功能。但是,目前的燃气表具费控在初安装中固定下来,使用过程中改变不够灵活,容易造成用气拥堵(大量透支,大额欠费)、调价损失的问题。本文主要基于北京市非民用燃气表智能费控模式现状,结合表端费控和后台费控方式的技术特点和运行方式,提出在使用中表端和后台可相互切换的费控方式来解决费控不灵活造成的透支、欠费和调价损失问题,从业务管理角度出发明确了切换过程的数据迁移流程,为北京市未来的非民用燃气表费控方案提升提供了参考路径。In recent years,in Beijing,non-domestic smart gas meters of natural gas are developing rapidly,and the cost control method is an important function of the meters.However,the current cost control method of gas meters was fixed at the beginning of installation,it is difficult to change during the process of normal work.In this case,it will bring a lot of problems,such as gas congestion(large overdraft,large arrears)and price adjustment loss.To solve these problems,based on the current situation of cost control mode of non-domestic smart gas meters in Beijing,this paper presented a new cost control mode that can realize flexible switching between gas end and master station.The technical characteristics and operation mode of the new cost control mode are compared and analyzed,and the data migration process of the switching process is also clarified.This paper provided a reference path for Beijing to improve the cost control scheme of non-domestic smart gas meters in the future.
