摘　　要：要想彻底解决水墨在软包装行业的应用问题,需要水墨研发及生产技术本身的不断提升。通过提高水墨本身的溶剂释放性,尽量满足印刷速度要求;通过提高全色系水墨分子间力平衡达到稳定的浅网转移效果;通过白色水墨成膜的完整性,达到无溶剂复合镀铝的工艺要求。In order to completely solve the application problems of water-based ink in the flexible packaging industry,it is necessary to continuously improve the water-based ink research and development and production technology.By improving the solvent release of water-based ink,it can meet the printing speed requirements as much as possible.By improving the balance of the intermolecular forces of the panchromatic water-based ink fit can achieve a stable shallow mesh transfer effect.By the integrity of the white ink film formation,it can achieve the process of solvent-free composite aluminum plating requirment.
