摘 要:文章旨在评估干燥和微生物接种对黑麦草发酵模式和品种及其应用价值的影响。将新鲜采集的黑麦草分成4组,每组再分为等量的4份,T1组黑麦草不做任何处理,T2组黑麦草接种1×10^(5)CFU/g植物乳杆菌,T3组黑麦草在65℃下干燥8h,T4组黑麦草在65℃下干燥8h,接种1×10^(5)CFU/g植物乳杆菌,分别在青贮前、第1、28、56和70d取样用于分析青贮品质。将体重接近的96头肉牛随机分为4个组,每组4个重复,每个重复6头,肉牛分别饲喂含有8%上述处理的4种黑麦草,饲养试验为期8周。结果:青贮前后,T3和T4组黑麦草干物质含量均显著高于T1和T2组(P<0.05),同时青贮70d后T3和T4组黑麦草中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维含量显著高于T1和T2组(P<0.05)。青贮70d后,T3组黑麦草总可消化养分含量表现最低(P<0.05),T2组乳酸浓度和pH值表现最高(P<0.05)。在同一青贮时间,T2组黑麦草乳酸含量显著高于其他组(P<0.05),T3组黑麦草乙酸浓度显著高于其他组(P<0.05),T1组黑麦草丁酸浓度表现最高(P<0.05)。T4组肉牛的平均日增重表现最高(P<0.05),分别较T1和T3组提高了32.71%和33.86%(P<0.05)。T1和T3组肉牛料重比显著高于T2和T4组(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,干燥处理对黑麦草青贮发酵品质无显著改善作用,而接种1×10^(5)CFU/g植物乳杆菌改善了黑麦草的青贮发酵模式和品质。此外,全混合日粮中添加8%用干燥处理和接种植物乳杆菌结合方式青贮的黑麦草可以提高肉牛的日增重和饲料效率。This article aims to evaluate the effects of drying and microbial inoculation on the fermentation patterns and varieties of ryegrass and its application value.The freshly collected ryegrass was divided into 4 groups,and each group was divided into 4 equal parts.The ryegrass in group T1 was not treated with any treatment,and the ryegrass in group T2 was inoculated with 1×10^(5) CFU/g Lactobacillus plantarum.The ryegrass in group T3 was dried at 65℃for 8 h,and the ryegrass in group T4 was dried at 65℃for 8 h and inoculated with 1×10^(5) CFU/g Lactobacillus plantarum.The silage quality was analyzed after 1,28,56 and 70 days,respectively.A total of 96 beef cattle with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 6 cattle per replicate.Beef cattle were fed 4 kinds of rye grass containing 8%above treatment,respectively.The feeding experiment lasted for 8 weeks.Results:Before and after silage,the dry matter content of ryegrass in T3 and T4 groups was significantly higher than that in T1 and T2 groups(P<0.05),and the neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber contents of ryegrass in T3 and T4 groups were significantly higher than those in T1 and T2 groups after silage 70 days(P<0.05).After 70 days of silage,the total digestible nutrient content of rye grass in T3 group was the lowest(P<0.05),while the lactate concentration and pH in T2 group were the highest(P<0.05).At the same silage time,the lactic acid content of ryegrass in group T2 was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05),the acetic acid concentration of ryegrass in group T3 was significantly higher than that in other groups(P<0.05),and the butyrate concentration of ryegrass in group T1 was the highest(P<0.05).The average daily gain of beef cattle in T4 group was the highest(P<0.05),which was increased by 32.71%and 33.86%compared with that in T1 and T3 groups(P<0.05),respectively.The feed/gain in groups T1 and T3 was significantly higher than that in groups T2 and T4(P<0.05).Conclusions:Under t
