摘  要:"互联网+"的概念不断普及,随之诞生了新零售这一新兴商业模式,对中国传统饲料企业来说是一次转型的机会。目前中国传统饲料企业普遍存在技术投入不足、人才重视程度不够,硬件设备较为落后、不能满足消费者的需求等问题。若饲料企业向着新零售转型,则能在有效整合上下游资源的同时充分获取市场信息,并能大幅度升级企业自身的基础设备。在管理层面和经营层面也能实现科学化、智能化管理,进而促进经营效率的提升。基于此,文章针对饲料企业的转型发展,提出了可以通过搭建专业人才框架,加大基础设备建设投入,提升线上线下门店体验,建立完善的物流体系等措施来促进传统饲料企业的升级发展。The concept of"Internet+"has been popularized,and the emerging business model of new retail was born.This is a transformational opportunity for traditional Chinese feed companies.At present,China’s traditional feed companies generally suffer from insufficient technical input,insufficient attention to talents,backward hardware equipment,and inability to respond flexibly to consumer needs.If a feed company transforms into new retail,it can effectively integrate upstream and downstream resources while fully obtaining market information,and can significantly upgrade its own basic equipment.At the management level and operation level,scientific and intelligent management can also be realized to promote the improvement of operating efficiency.Based on this,the article aims at the transformation and development of feed companies,and proposes that it is possible to build a framework of professional talents,increase investment in infrastructure construction,and at the same time focus on improving the experience of online and offline stores,and establish and improve logistics systems to promote the upgrading and development of traditional feed companies.
