摘  要:以氯乙酸、二乙烯三胺、碳酸钠、氢氧化钠为原料,采用氯乙酸法合成二乙烯三胺五乙酸五钠(DTPA)。探讨物料比、反应温度、反应时间、反应终点pH等因素对DTPA性能的影响,并应用于棉织物氧漂工序中。结果表明:当二乙烯三胺、氯乙酸、碳酸钠和氢氧化钠的物质的量比为1.0∶5.0∶2.500 0∶5.0,反应温度为45℃,反应时间为8 h,反应终点pH为11.5时,合成的DTPA的螯合值可达到71.04 mg CaCO_(3)/g。棉织物经5 g/L 10%DTPA漂白后,白度提高近30%,且有保强效果。Diethylenetriamine pentaacetate(DTPA)is synthesized by chloroacetic acid method with chloroacetic acid,diethylenetriamine,sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide as raw materials,and is used in the oxygen bleaching process of cotton fabric.The effects of material ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and pH at the end of the reaction on the properties of DTPA are discussed.The results show that when the molar ratio of diethylenetriamine,chloroacetic acid,sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide is 1.0∶5.0∶2.5000∶5.0,the reac⁃tion temperature is 45℃,the reaction time is 8 h,and the pH at the end of the reaction is 11.5,the chelation value of DTPA can reach 71.04 mgCaCO_(3)/g.When the fabric is bleached with 5 g/L 10%DTPA,the whiteness is increased by nearly 30%and the strength is maintained.
