摘 要:针对棉散纤维难以实现连续轧蒸前处理大生产的技术难题,试验把棉纤维均匀平铺夹于经编针织网孔织物内,采用DF-88酶与双氧水一浴轧蒸法,对棉纤维进行连续轧蒸练漂前处理。结果表明:采用DF-88酶22 g/L、30%双氧水40 g/L、精练剂3 g/L、汽蒸时间50 min,处理后棉纤维的白度、毛效与常规碱氧一浴浸煮工艺的效果相近,棉纤维的可纺性得到提升,棉纤维染色固色率略高,表面得色略深,且残液的COD_(Cr)值低,用水量少。To achieve large-scale continuous pad-steaming pretreatment of cotton loose fiber,the cotton fiber evenly spread and clad in warp knitted mesh fabric are pretreated by continuous scouring and bleaching with DF-88 enzyme and hydrogen peroxide in one bath.The results show that the whiteness and capillary effect of cotton fiber after treatment with DF-88 enzyme 22 g/L,30%hydrogen peroxide 40 g/L,scouring agent 3 g/L and steaming time 50 min are the same as those of conventional alkaline oxygen bath.The spinnability of cotton fi⁃ber is improved,the fixation yield of cotton fiber is slightly higher,the surface color is slightly darker,the COD_(Cr) value of the residual liquid and the water consumption is reduced.
