摘  要:采用多孔纳米碳纤维(CNF)掺杂超高分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE),然后与纯棉水刺布复合成膜,制得兼具过滤和吸附功能的纳滤膜。探究了CNF掺杂量对纳滤膜过滤性能和强力,以及对离子染料吸附能力和水接触角的影响。结果表明:随着CNF掺杂量的增加,纳滤膜的过滤效率更好,对阳离子染料亚甲基蓝的吸附效果更好;亲水性几乎不变;纳滤膜的强力相比原纯棉水刺布有所提高。The porous nano carbon fiber(CNF)is doped with ultra-high molecular mass polyethylene(UHM⁃WPE),and then combined with pure cotton spunlace cloth to prepare a nanofiltration membrane with filtration and adsorption functions.The effects of different CNF doping amount on the filtration performance and strength,as well as the changes of adsorption capacity for anionic and anionic dyes and water contact angle are investigated.The results show that with the increase of carbon nanofiber content,the filtration efficiency of the prepared nanofiltration membrane is better.It has better adsorption effect for Methylene Blue.Hydrophilici⁃ty is almost unchanged.The strength of nanofiltration membrane is higher than that of pure cotton spunlaced cloth.
