摘  要:建立了流动注射-离子交换-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(FIA-IE-ICP-OES)测定纺织品中铬(Ⅵ)含量的分析方法。采用AG1-X8阴离子树脂分离富集铬(Ⅵ),以0.09 mol/L醋酸铵+0.1 mol/L抗坏血酸作为洗脱剂,并优化试验条件。结果表明:该方法的线性相关系数为0.999 5,方法检出限为0.008 mg/kg,4种不同基质中铬(Ⅵ)加标回收率均在92.0%~104.0%,方法精密度低于4.1%,检测结果一致性好。该方法具有操作简便、灵敏度高、重复性好、成本低等优点。A method of flow injection-ion exchange-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(FIA-IE-ICP-OES) has been established for rapid determination of chromium(Ⅵ) in textiles. Chromium(Ⅵ) is separated and enriched by AG1-X8 anion resin with 0.09 mol/L ammonium acetate and 0.1 mol/L ascorbic acid as eluent, and the experimental conditions are optimized. The results show that the linear correlation coefficient is 0.999 5, the detection limit is 0.008 mg/kg, the spiked recovery of Cr(Ⅵ) in four different matrices are 92.0%-104.0%, the precision of the method is less than 4.1%. The detection results are consistent. The method has the advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity and good repeatability.
