维宫康治疗高危型HPV感染合并CINⅠ的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨维宫康对于高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染合并CINⅠ的临床疗效。方法选择2019年1-5月在该院妇科门诊进行诊治的90例CINⅠ合并高危型HPV患者,将其分为维宫康组、干扰素组和对照组,各30例。维宫康组给予维宫康治疗3个疗程;干扰素组给予重组人干扰素a2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗3个疗程;对照组不用任何药物。治疗后3~12个月复查TCT、人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)分型及阴道镜,以停药1年后结果作为评定标准。观察治疗后高危型HPV转阴情况及CINⅠ的逆转情况。结果维宫康组HPV转阴率为86.67%,干扰素组HPV转阴率为56.67%,对照组HPV转阴率为30.00%;维宫康组CINⅠ转阴率为83.33%,干扰素组CINⅠ转阴率为53.33%,对照组CINⅠ转阴率为30.00%;维宫康组HPV转阴率和CINⅠ转阴率明显高于其他两组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论维宫康对于高危型HPV感染合并CINⅠ的临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Weigongkang on high risk human papillomavirus infection with CINⅠ.Methods In this study, 90 patients with high risk HPV infection complicated with CINⅠ in the outpatient department of Gynecology in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2019 were divided into three groups: Weigongkang Group, Interferon Group and control group, each with 30 cases.Weigongkang group was treated with Weigongkang for 3 courses, Interferon Group was treated with recombinant human interferon a2 b vaginal effervescent capsule for 3 courses, and control group was treated without any drugs.TCT,HPV typing and colposcopy were re-examined 3-12 months after treatment, and the results 1 year after discontinuation were used as the evaluation criteria.To observe the reversal of high risk HPV and CINⅠ after treatment.Results The negative conversion rate of HPV was 86.67% in weigongkang group, 56.67% in interferon group and 30.00% in control group.The negative conversion rate of CINⅠ was 83.33% in weigongkang group, 53.33% in interferon group and 30.00% in control group.The negative rates of HPV and CINⅠ in Weigongkang group were significantly higher than those in the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Weigongkang on high risk human papillomavirus infection with CINⅠ is significant, and it is worth popularizing.
