陆海统筹视角下的“陆冰丝绸之路”设想及建设研究

摘　　要：在分析“冰上丝绸之路”面临的现实问题的基础上,结合陆海统筹视角和欧亚大陆整合思路,提出“陆冰丝绸之路”的概念和范围,并作为对“冰上丝绸之路”原有线路和范围的战略补充和亚欧大陆的整合路径。确定“陆冰丝绸之路”的建设范围,说明“陆冰丝绸之路”建设的战略作用,分析“陆冰丝绸之路”建设的基础,并提出“陆冰丝绸之路”建设的对策建议。Based on the analysis of practical problems faced by the"Ice Silk Road",combining the land and sea integration perspective and Eurasian integration idea,the concept and scope of the"Land Ice Silk Road"are proposed,and are used as strategic supplement to the original route and scope of the"Ice Silk Road"and the integration path of Eurasian continent.The paper defines the construction scope of the"Land Ice Silk Road",explains its strategic role,analyzes its foundation,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
