摘　　要：目的观察激素抵抗型慢性鼻-鼻窦炎补充维生素D的治疗效果,并分析其对鼻腔鼻窦黏膜恢复的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2020年1月本院收治的激素抵抗型慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者45例,随机分组,对照组纳入23例,行常规治疗,观察组纳入22例,在常规治疗基础上补充维生素D治疗,观察治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组LundKennedy评分、CCCRC评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组Lund-Kennedy评分低于对照组,治疗总有效率、CCCRC评分高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论激素抵抗型慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者补充维生素D治疗后可有效提升治疗效果,促进鼻腔鼻窦黏膜良好的恢复。Objective To observe the effect of vitamin D supplementation in the treatment of hormone-resistant chronic rhinosinusitis,and to analyze the effect of vitamin D supplementation on the recovery of nasal cavity and sinus mucosa.Methods A total of 45 patients with hormone-resistant chronic rhinosinusitis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=23)and observation group(n=22).Vitamin D supplementation on the basis of routine treatment was used to observe the therapeutic effect.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in Lund-Kennedy score and CCCRC score between the two groups(P BBB 00.05).After treatment,Lund-Kennedy score of observation group was lower than control group,while total effective rate and CCCRC score of treatment group were higher than control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin D supplementation in patients with hormone-resistant chronic rhinosinusitis can effectively improve the treatment effect and promote good recovery of nasal cavity and sinus mucosa.
