摘　　要：目的探讨对难治性鼻出血患者采取鼻内镜下双极电凝治疗产生的临床效果。方法将2018年1月~2020年12月作为本次研究时段,选取该时段内我院就诊的60例难治性鼻出血患者进行研究。在随机数字表分组法下,均分成30例对照组和实验组。给予对照组传统填塞治疗,给予实验组鼻内镜下双极电凝治疗。比较两组并发症发生率。随访3个月,比较两组再出血率。结果实验组与对照组相比,治疗后综合征及黏膜变化发生率更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月,实验组再出血1例,再出血率为3.33%;对照组再出血率为8例,再出血率为26.67%,两组再出血率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对难治性鼻内出血患者采取鼻内镜下双极电凝治疗可有效减少并发症发生率,降低再出血率,疗效确切,具有一定临床推广和应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of bipolar electrocoagulation under nasal endoscope in patients with refractory epistaxis. Methods January 2018~ December 2020 as the study period, Sixty patients with refractory epistaxis in our hospital were selected for study. Under the random number table grouping method, were divided into 30 control and experimental groups. The control group was given conventional tamponade, The experimental group was given bipolar electrocoagulation under nasal endoscopy. The incidence of complications was compared between the two groups. For three months, The rebleeding rate of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the control group, The incidence of post-treatment syndrome and mucosal changes was lower, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). For three months, One case of rebleeding in the experimental group, The rebleeding rate was 3.33%;The rebleeding rate in the control group was 8, The rebleeding rate was 26.67%, Comparison of rebleeding rates between the two groups, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic bipolar electrocoagulation can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with refractory nasal hemorrhage, Reduce rebleeding, It’s effective, It has certain clinical popularization and application value.
