布地奈德经鼻雾化吸入治疗慢性鼻咽炎及对总有效率药学分析

摘　　要：目的对布地奈德经鼻雾化吸入治疗慢性鼻咽炎及对总有效率药学进行分析。方法 2020年1月~2020年12月,挑选62例自愿参与,慢性鼻咽炎患者,随机分组,研究组31例,布地奈德经鼻雾化吸入治疗,对照组31例,地塞米松,比较治疗效果和炎症因子指标。结果与对照组进行比较,研究组治疗效果更优(P<0.05),TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8炎症因子指标下降(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德经鼻雾化吸入治疗慢性鼻咽炎,治疗效果显著,并且可以显著降低炎症,因此具有重要的意义。Objective To analyze the total effective rate of budesonide in the treatment of chronic nasopharyngitis. Methods From January 2020 to December 2020, 62 patients with chronic nasopharyngitis were randomly divided into study group(31 cases) and control group(31 cases). Results Compared with the control group, the treatment effect of the study group was better(P < 0.05), and TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8 the index of inflammatory factors decreased(P < 0.05). Conclusion Budesonide nasal spray inhalation in the treatment of chronic nasopharyngitis, the treatment effect is significant, and can significantly reduce inflammation, so it has important significance.
