耳内窥镜下I型鼓室成型术在干耳与湿耳的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究耳内窥镜下1型鼓室成型术在干耳与湿耳中的效果。方法 2018年7月~2020年10月,抽取本院收治的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者60例进行研究,回顾病例,将慢性化脓性中耳炎所致的鼓膜紧张部穿孔,干耳2个月以上,包括鼓室黏膜表面潮湿者分为对照组,干耳未达到2月以上,中耳有间断少量流脓渗液者为试验组。对照组、实验组,各30例。两组均采用耳内窥镜下1型鼓室成型术治疗,对比治疗效果、听力恢复效果、并发症发生率。结果治疗效果相比,实验组与对照组无显著差别,P>0.05;术后听力恢复相比,实验组与对照组无差异显著,P>0.05;并发症发生率相比实验组与对照组无显著差别,P<0.05。结论耳内窥镜下1型鼓室成型术在慢性化脓性中耳炎干耳状态与湿耳状态下手术,无显著差别,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of tympanic membrane repair under ear endoscope in dry and wet ears. Methods From July 2019 to October 2020, 60 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media admitted to our hospital were selected for research, the cases were reviewed, and they were divided into a control group and an experimental group with different treatment options, with 30 cases each. The two groups of patients were treated under dry and wet ears. The control group was treated with traditional otoscope surgery, and the experimental group was treated with tympanic membrane repair under ear endoscope. The treatment effect, hearing recovery effect, and complication rate were compared. Results Compared with the treatment effect, the experimental group was higher than the control group, P<0.05;compared with the postoperative bone qi, bone conduction, air conduction lead distance, the experimental group and the control group were significantly different, P<0.05;the incidence of complications was similar It was lower than the experimental group, P<0.05. Conclusion The surgical treatment of tympanic membrane repair under otoscope under dry ear and wet ear can improve the therapeutic effect, restore the effect of hearing recovery, and reduce complications. It is worthy of promotion.
