分析过敏原特异性IgE(sIgE)检测应用于过敏性鼻炎患儿的价值

摘　　要：目的对过敏原特异性IgE(sIgE)检测应用于过敏性鼻炎患儿效果进行分析。方法 2020年1月~2020年12月,挑选73例自愿参与过敏性鼻炎患儿,根据患儿年龄,分为0~3岁组,3~7岁组,7岁以上组,对所有患儿进行过敏原特异性IgE(sIgE)检测,分析不同过敏原阳性检出率。结果三组患儿均至少一项为阳性,阳性率100%,吸入性过敏在各年龄层,均高于食入性过敏(P<0.05)。结论过敏原特异性IgE(sIgE)检测应用于过敏性鼻炎患儿效果显著,体现了较高的准确性,并且灵敏度和特异性均较高,因此具有重要的意义。Objective To analyze the effect of allergen-specific IgE(sIgE) detection in children with allergic rhinitis. Method From January 2020 to December 2020, select 73 children with allergic rhinitis who voluntarily participate in allergic rhinitis. According to the age of the children, they are divided into 0-3 years old group, 3-7 years old group, and 7 years old group. Allergen-specific IgE(sIgE) was tested in children to analyze the positive detection rate of different allergens. Results At least one of the three groups of children was positive, and the positive rate was 100%. Inhalation allergy was higher than ingestion allergy in all age groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The allergen-specific IgE(sIgE) detection is effective in children with allergic rhinitis, reflecting high accuracy, and high sensitivity and specificity, so it is of great significance.
