孟鲁司特钠结合布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎的效果及药学研究

摘　　要：目的对孟鲁斯特纳与布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎的效果进行探究。方法研究对象80例,均为我院门诊2019年1月到2020年1月之间收治的变应性鼻炎患者,按照随机数字法分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组采用布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗,观察组采用孟鲁斯特纳与布地奈德鼻喷剂治疗,对比两组治疗后的效果。结果观察组治疗后的各项临床症状评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的治疗总有效率显著低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组白介素-6、白介素-8指标均较对照组低;白介素-10指标较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在变应性鼻炎的治疗中应用孟鲁斯特纳与布地奈德联合治疗能够显著改善患者的各项症状,促进整体治疗效果的提升,效果理想,具有较高的临床参考和借鉴价值。Objective To explore the effects of montelukastner and budesonide nasal spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 80 subjects were all patients with allergic rhinitis admitted between January 2019 and January 2020 in our hospital.They were divided into a control group and an observation group with 40 cases each according to the random number method.The control group used Buddi The observation group was treated with montelukastner and budesonide nasal spray,and the effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of various clinical symptoms of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;the interleukin-10 indexes were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of montelukastner and budesonide in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can significantly improve the symptoms of patients and promote the improvement of the overall treatment effect.The effect is ideal and has high clinical reference and reference value.
