摘　　要：目的分析强化手术室消毒隔离实施对耳鼻喉科手术患者医院感染的防控效果。方法入选2019年11月~2020年11月本院治疗的140例耳鼻喉科手术患者,随机分为研究组和参照组,各70例,参照组实施常规管理,研究组实施强化手术室消毒隔离,比较两组感染率和菌落数情况。结果研究组不同时间段菌落数均较参照组少;感染率发生率较参照组低P<0.05。结论对耳鼻喉科手术患者实施强化手术室消毒隔离,降低了感染发生率和不良事件,减少了手术室细菌数,可推广。Objective To analyze the effect of strengthening the implementation of disinfection and isolation in the operating room on the prevention and control of nosocomial infections in patients undergoing ENT surgery. Methods A total of 140 patients undergoing otolaryngology surgery treated in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were randomly divided into a study group and a reference group, with 70 cases in each group. The reference group implemented routine management, and the study group implemented enhanced operating room disinfection and isolation, and compared the two groups of infections. Rate and number of colonies. Results The number of colonies in the study group was less than that of the reference group at different time periods;the incidence of infection was lower than that of the reference group P<0.05. Conclusion The implementation of enhanced disinfection and isolation in the operating room for patients undergoing ENT surgery can reduce the incidence of infection and adverse events, and reduce the number of bacteria in the operating room, which can be promoted.
