维生素C雾化吸入联合洗鼻疗法用于妊娠期变应性鼻炎患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究维生素C雾化吸入联合洗鼻疗法用于妊娠期变应性鼻炎患者的疗效。方法在2018年4月至2020年10月期间,选择本院收治的54例妊娠期变应性鼻炎患者为研究对象,根据患者入院先后顺序分成两组,27例对照组患者采用洗鼻疗法治疗,另外27例实验组患者应用维生素C雾化吸入联合洗鼻疗法进行治疗,分析两种疗法对患者产生的不同疗效。结果实验组治疗总有效率92.59%高于对照组70.37%(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后临床症状评分和RQLQ评分均较治疗前显著降低,且实验组降低程度较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论维生素C雾化吸入联合洗鼻疗法用于妊娠期变应性鼻炎患者,可明显缓解临床症状,并获得显著疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of vitamin C aerosol inhalation combined with nasal washing in pregnancy women with allergic rhinitis. Methods From April 2018 to October 2020, 54 pregnancy women with allergic rhinitis in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into two groups according to the order of admission. 27 patients in the control group were treated by nasal washing therapy. Another 27 patients in the experimental group were treated with vitamin C aerosol inhalation combined with nasal washing therapy, analysis of two different kinds of therapy in patients with curative effect. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 92.59% higher than that in the control group 70.37%(P<0.05). The clinical symptom scores and RQLQ scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, and the degree of reduction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Vitamin C aerosol inhalation combined with nasal washing therapy can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms and obtain a significant effect in pregnancy women with allergic rhinitis.
