摘　　要：目的体会对季节性过敏性鼻炎(SAR)患者实施早期综合治疗的价值。方法遵从"平衡序贯法"分组,择我院2019年4月~20207月内的61例季节性过敏性鼻炎患者分为对照组(29例,常规干预)和观察组(32例,早期综合治疗);观察临床疗效、治疗后患者生活质量情况。结果观察组临床疗效高达96.8%,明显比对照组的79.3%高,P<0.05。经治疗后观察组患者睡眠障碍、鼻部症状、行为问题等各指标分值较低,数据和对照组相比,P<0.05。结论对季节性过敏性鼻炎开展临床治疗,建议采纳早期综合治疗方案,可有效提升临床疗效并改善患者生活质量。Objective To understand the value of early comprehensive treatment for patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis(SAR). Methods Following the “balance sequential method” grouping, 61 patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis in our hospital from April 2019 to 20207 were divided into control group(29 cases, routine intervention) and observation group(32 cases, early Comprehensive treatment);observe the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients after treatment. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was as high as 96.8%, which was significantly higher than the control group’s 79.3%, P<0.05. After treatment, the observation group patients had lower scores for sleep disorders, nasal symptoms, behavior problems and other indicators. Compared with the control group, the data was P<0.05. Conclusion To carry out clinical treatment for seasonal allergic rhinitis, it is recommended to adopt an early comprehensive treatment plan, which can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and improve the quality of life of patients.
