摘　　要：目的评价优质护理干预在内窥镜手术治疗鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年10月~2020年12月我院行内窥镜手术的鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者为研究主体,从中选出66例以随机双盲法分组,对照组行普通护理,观察组行优质护理干预,对比两组护理满意度、并发症情况及住院时长。结果观察组患者的护理总满意度明显比对照组高,其住院时间比对照组短,差异悬殊,P<0.05;观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组,结果P<0.05。结论鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者行内窥镜手术时配合优质护理能有效提高临床服务质量,帮助患者快速恢复健康,此护理模式值得大力普及推广。Objective To evaluate the effect of high-quality nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps by endoscopic surgery.Methods From October 2019 to December 2020, patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps who underwent endoscopic surgery in our hospital were selected as the main body of the study. 66 cases were selected and grouped by random double-blind method.The control group received general nursing care and the observation group received high-quality nursing intervention,Compare the two groups of nursing satisfaction,complications and length of hospital stay.Results The patients in the observation group had significantly higher overall satisfaction with care than the control group, and their hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group.The difference was huge,P<0.05;the observation group had lower complications than the control group, and the result was P<0.05.Conclusion When patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps undergo endoscopic surgery,high-quality nursing can effectively improve the quality of clinical services and help patients quickly restore health. This nursing model is worthy of popularization.
