综合护理干预对老年高血压伴重症鼻出血患者疗效的影响分析

摘　　要：目的对综合护理干预在老年高血压伴重症鼻出血患者疗效的影响进行分析。方法 2020年1月~2020年12月,挑选62例老年高血压伴重症鼻出血患者,随机分组,研究组31例,综合护理干预,对照组31例,常规护理,比较两组血压水平,护理满意度。结果与对照组进行比较,研究组护理满意度更高(P<0.05),血压水平下降,更稳定(P<0.05)。结论对老年高血压伴重症鼻出血患者使用综合护理干预,护理效果显著,并且可以显著降低血压,促进血压恢复正常,并且提高护理满意度,具有重要的意义。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension and severe epistaxis. Methods From January 2020 to December 2020, 62 elderly patients with hypertension and severe epistaxis were randomly divided into study group(31 cases) and control group(31 cases). Results Compared with the control group, the study group had higher nursing satisfaction(P < 0.05), lower blood pressure and more stable(P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly patients with hypertension and severe epistaxis has significant nursing effect, can significantly reduce blood pressure, promote blood pressure to return to normal, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is of great significance.
