摘　　要：糖尿病下肢动脉病变可引起下肢缺血、缺氧、感染等,糖尿病足具有较高的致残及致死率,约高达80%的糖尿病足患者存在下肢缺血。下肢动脉病变是导致糖尿病足的重要原因之一,其治疗重点是重建和恢复下肢动脉的血供。文章主要从腔内介入治疗、传统外科手术以及血管新生疗法三个方面对糖尿病足下肢动脉病变的血管外科治疗进展进行综述。Lower extremity arterial disease in patients with diabetes can cause ischemia,hypoxia and infection of the lower extremities.Diabetic foot has a higher rate of disability and mortality.Approximately up to 80 percent patients with diabetic foot suffer from lower limb ischemia.As one of the major causes of diabetic foot,the management of lower extremity arterial disease in patients with diabetic foot lies in reconstructing and restoring the blood supply of lower limb arteries.This article reviews the progress of vascular surgery in the treatment of lower extremity arterial disease in patients with diabetic foot from three facets such as endovascular interventional treatment,traditional surgery and angiogenesis therapy.
