摘　　要：通过职业卫生现场调查与检测,了解银法和铁钼法甲醛生产装置在职业危害方面的差异。两套甲醛装置存在的主要职业病危害因素均为甲醇、甲醛、甲酸、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、噪声和高温等。除银法装置存在甲醛超标点外,两套装置其他职业病危害因素的浓度或强度均符合国家标准的要求。两套装置职业危害防护措施较为完善,投产至今尚未发生职业病危害事故。银法装置生产企业尤应重视生产设备和管道的密闭化设计,加强泄漏管理,严防甲醛外泄。To understand the difference of occupational hazards between silver and iron-molybdenum formaldehyde production process through the occupational health investigation and detection.The main occupational hazards were formaldehyde,methanol,formic acid,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,noise and high temperature in the two production devices.Except for formaldehyde of the silver device,the exposure concentration of other occupational hazards did not exceed the occupational exposure limits.The prevention measures of occupational hazards were relatively perfect,and so far no occupational hazard accident happened.The silver formaldehyde production device especially should pay attention to airtight design of the equipment and strength leakless management,in order to prevent formaldehyde leakage.
