摘　　要：良好的海洋环境是海洋石油勘探开发工程的环境基础。文章以南海典型海洋石油勘探开发项目为案例,分析项目在施工期和运营期对海洋环境产生影响的污染因素,并提出了针对性的环境保护措施。有效落实环保措施,有利于实现海洋环境保护目标。Good marine environment is the environmental foundation of offshore oil developing projects.Taking a typical offshore oil developing project in Nanhai Sea for example,this paper analyzes the pollution factors that affect the marine environment during the construction period and operation period of the project and puts forward pertinent environmental protection measures.Effective implementation of environmental protection measures is conducive to achieving the goal of marine environmental protection.
