摘　　要：开架式气化器(ORV)是LNG接收站中的关键气化设备之一,ORV表面防腐涂层的使用寿命直接决定了设备的使用寿命,同时防腐涂层的现场维护也是该设备运行维护的重要工作。鉴此,文章系统阐述了ORV表面防腐控制方法及其制备的工艺流程,并对设备运行维护提出了建议。Open rack vapourizer(ORV)is one of the key gasif ication equipment in LNG receiving station.The service life of ORV surface anti-corrosion coating directly determines the service life of the equipment,and the on-site maintenance of anti-corrosion coating is also an important work for the operation and maintenance of the equipment.Therefore,this paper systematically expounds the control method of ORV surface anticorrosion and its preparation process,and puts forward some suggestions for equipment operation and maintenance.
