摘　　要：纺丝熔融晶体浆料制作过程中,既要保持浆料的特性,又要将浆料中的空气、水分等易挥发组分脱除,确保浆料的可纺性,防止造成纺丝的断头、毛丝,严重影响成丝的品质。文章介绍了熔融晶体浆料制作过程及脱泡工艺,是配制优质纺丝熔融晶体浆料的关键环节,也是成丝品质的重要保障。In the production process of spinning melt crystal size,it is necessary to maintain the characteristics of the size,and remove the air,water and other volatile components in the size,so as to ensure the spinnability of the size,prevent spinning breakage and wool,and seriously affect the quality of the yarn.The manufacturing process and defoaming process of melt crystal size introduced in detail in this paper is the key link of preparing high-quality melt crystal size for spinning,and it is also an important guarantee for the quality of yarn.
