摘 要:【目的】探讨降香黄檀扦插生根过程中的相关理化特征,为降香黄檀扦插繁殖技术提供支持和理论指导。【方法】选取降香黄檀1年生枝条进行扦插,测定插穗不定根形成过程中营养物质、植物激素和相关氧化酶活性的含量变化。【结果】1)可溶性糖和淀粉含量呈“下降—上升—下降”的变化趋势;可溶性蛋白含量一直下降。2)IAA含量呈一直下降的变化趋势;GA_(3)含量在扦插12 d前后变化明显,呈现由低到高的变化趋势;CTKs、ZR和ABA含量出现了1个谷值和1个峰值。IAA/ABA、ZR/ABA值呈“上升—下降—上升”的趋势;ZR/IAA值呈下降—上升趋势;GA_(3)/IAA值变化趋势较为平缓。3)降香黄檀扦插生根与相关酶活性密切相关,其中,SOD、PPO和POD活性在扦插生根过程中呈一直下降的趋势;IAAO活性则呈“下降—上升”的变化趋势。【结论】降香黄檀扦插生根是一个消耗大量营养物质的生理学过程,较高水平的营养物质有利于不定根的产生;较高的IAAO活性能够氧化较多的IAA,较低的IAA和ZR以及较高的ABA水平共同调控着降香黄檀不定根的诱导过程;SOD和POD保护酶的活性一直下降的趋势,表明1年生插穗对环境适应较快,扦插后产生的活性氧等物质较少,更有利于生根。【Objective】It is great significance for providing support and theoretical guidance for the cutting propagation technology of Dalbernia odorifera to discuss the related physical and chemical characteristics in the rooting process.【Method】The contents of nutrient substance,endogenous hormone and the related enzymatic activity were investigated by cutting one year wood stems of D.odorifera.【Result】1)The content of soluble sugar and starch showed the process of decreasing,then increasing and decreasing in the process of rooting;the soluble protein content showed a trend of decreasing gradually after cutting.2)IAA content showed a trend of decreasing gradually after cutting.The content of GA_(3)changed significantly at about 12 days after cutting,showing the conversion trend of low level to high level.The content of CTKs,ZR and ABA showed a valley value and a peak value.The rate of IAA/ABA and ZR/ABA showed the trends of increasing,then decreasing and increasing.The rate of ZR/IAA showed the trends of decreasing,then increasing in the process of rooting,and the trends of GA_(3)/IAA is relatively gentle.3)The activity of SOD,PPO and POD showed a trend of decreasing gradually after cutting,IAAO activity showed a trend of decreasing,then increasing in the process of rooting.【Conclusion】It is a physiological process consumes a large amount of nutrients of cutting rooting of D.odorifera.Higher levels of IAAO could oxidize more IAA,and lower levels of IAA and ZR,and higher levels of ABA controled rooting cuttings together.The trends of SOD and POD activity was decreasing indicates one year wood stems cuttage adapt to the environment faster,and reactive oxygen and other substances was less after cuttings rooting,which is more conducive to rooting.
