摘  要:【目的】揭示外生菌根在槲树Quercus dentata生长和生理中的作用。【方法】以槲树实生苗为材料,使用铆钉菇Gomphidius viscidus、美味牛肝菌Boletus edulis、褐环乳牛肝菌Suillus leteus和厚环乳牛肝菌S.grevillei进行接种,分析其对生长指标、叶绿素含量、光合参数及营养元素含量的影响。【结果】接种铆钉菇、美味牛肝菌和褐环乳牛肝菌显著提升了槲树幼苗的生物量、叶绿素含量、光合速率和水分利用效率(P<0.05),其中接种美味牛肝菌总体效果最明显,较对照分别增加了21.92%、14.73%、45.32%和92.96%,而接种厚环乳牛肝菌显著提高了根冠比。接种4种外生菌根真菌均在一定程度上提高了槲树幼苗N、P、K、Ca、Mg和S的含量,其中在接种美味牛肝菌的幼苗中除S外的其他5种元素含量均显著高于对照(P<0.05),叶片P含量的增加幅度最大,较对照高73.20%。【结论】接种外生菌根真菌增强了槲树幼苗对营养元素的吸收,提升了光合能力,最终能促进了槲树幼苗的生长。经过综合比较,在接种的4种菌根真菌中,美味牛肝菌对槲树生理和生长的提升效果最明显,但其中的机制需要进一步研究。【Objective】In order to investigate the role of ectomycorrhiza in the growth and physiology of Quercus dentata.【Method】Q.dentata seedlings were used as plant materials to be inoculated with Gomphidius viscidus,Boletus edulis,Suillus leteus,and S.grevillei,then the effects on the growth indexes,chlorophyll contents,photosynthetic parameters,and nutrient contents were analyzed.【Result】The growth,chlorophyll contents,photosynthetic rates,and water use efficiencies of seedlings were significantly promoted by inoculation of A.tumefaciens,B.edulis,and B.marmoratus(P<0.05),and B.edulis inoculation caused the increases by 21.92%,14.73%,45.32%,and 92.96%,which presented the most obvious comprehensive effect.The inoculation of S.grevillei significantly increased the root/shoot ratio(P<0.05).The contents of N,P,K,Ca,Mg,and S were increased by inoculating these four ectomycorrhizal fungi.Except S,the contents of other five elements in seedlings inoculated B.edulis were significantly higher than those of control(P<0.05),and the P content in leaves showed the maximum increase with 73.20%.【Conclusion】Ectomycorrhizal fungi inoculation can strengthen the absorption of nutrient elements,enhance the photosynthetic capacity,and finally promote the growth of seedlings.After comprehensive comparison,among the four ectomycorrhizal fungi inoculated,B.edulis had the most obvious effect on improving the physiology and growth of Q.dentata,but the mechanism needs further study.
