摘  要:【目的】探明白刺演化过程中,叶片碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)和钾(K)含量及其生态化学计量的变化特征。【方法】以内蒙古吉兰泰荒漠区白刺为研究对象,利用冗余分析探究影响白刺叶片生态化学计量的主要土壤因子,为揭示白刺营养元素需求和环境互馈提供理论依据。【结果】1)各演化阶段白刺叶片TC、TN、TK、TP平均值(g/kg)由大到小分别为TC(468.38)>TN(24.85)>TK(8.39)>TP(1.24);C∶N、C∶P、C∶K、N∶P、N∶K和P∶K平均值分别8.39、19.63、395.23、58.80、20.95、3.17和0.15;其中,TC、TN、C∶K、N∶P、N∶K、P∶K随演化过程呈先增后减的变化趋势;TK、C∶N随演化阶段呈先减后增的变化趋势;P随演化阶段呈逐渐减小的趋势;C∶P随演化阶段呈逐渐增大的趋势。从变异系数来看,TK、C∶K、N∶P、N∶K、P∶K属于中等变异,其余叶片养分含量及化学计量比均属弱变异性;2)叶片TC、TN含量显著高于中国和全球平均水平,是荒漠植物应对极端环境的一种策略。叶片TP含量显著低于中国和全球平均水平,导致叶片的N∶P比较高,各演化阶段白刺叶片N∶P>16,表明研究区白刺生长受P限制;3)土壤pH、电导率与TC、TN均呈正相关关系,说明适度盐分促使叶片储存更多的C、N元素。【结论】冗余分析表明:白刺生长过程中,演化阶段、土壤容重、水分和电导率是影响白刺叶片生态化学计量比的潜在驱动因子。其中,演化阶段对白刺叶片生态化学计量比的贡献最大。研究结果为干旱盐碱荒漠生态系统的管理和恢复提供了科学依据。【Objective】To investigate carbon(C),nitrogen(N),phosphorus(P)and potassium(K)ecological stoichiometric characteristics in leaves in the process of Nitraria tangutorum succession.【Method】The main soil factors that affect the element measurement characteristics in leaves were determined with redundancy analysis in Jilantai desert area of Inner Mongolia,and to provide a theoretical basis for revealing the nutrient element demand and environmental mutual feed of Nitraria tangutorum.【Result】1)The mean leaf TC,TN,TP and TK ranked in the order of TC(468.38 g/kg)>TN(24.85 g/kg)>TK(8.39 g/kg)>TP(1.24 g/kg).The mean values of C∶N,C∶P,C∶K,C∶P,C∶K,N∶P,N∶K and P∶K were 8.39,19.63,395.23,58.80,20.95,3.17 and 0.15,respectively.Leaf the content of TC and TN,C∶K,N∶P,N∶K,P∶K showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing with the succession of Nitraria tangutorum,while leaf the content of TK and C∶N decreased first and then increased,Leaf TP content showed a decreasing trend,C∶P showed an upward trend.In terms of coefficient of variation,TK,C∶K,N∶P,N∶K and P∶K belonged to weak variability,the leaves nutrient content and stoichiometric ratio were all medium variability.2)The TN content in leaves was significantly higher than the average value at regional and global scales,it is indicated a strategy for desert plants to cope with extreme environment.But the P content in leaves was significantly lower than the average value at regional and global scales,which led to a higher N∶P ratio in leaves,and N∶P>16 in leaves of Nitraria tangutorum in each succession stage,indicating that the growth of Nitraria tangutorum in the study area was limited by P;3)pH and electrical conductivity were positively correlated with TC and TN,indicating that moderate salt promoted the leaves to store more C and N contents.【Conclusion】Redundancy analysis showed that succession stage,soil bulk density,water content and electrical conductivity were the potential driving factors for the ecostoichio
