摘 要:【目的】为探究木焦油基再生沥青的热储存稳定性能,为生物油基再生沥青的制备与储存奠定基础。【方法】采用软化点试验、动态剪切流变试验、组分分析试验和红外光谱试验测试并比较了基质沥青、木焦油基再生沥青和RA-102再生沥青的热储存稳定性及其性能变化规律。【结果】热储存作用可提高沥青的软化点而降低其稳定性,木焦油基再生沥青的热储存稳定性弱于基质沥青、强于RA-102再生沥青。热储存可提高沥青的复数模量并降低其相位角。木焦油、生物质纤维及增塑剂的协同强化作用可提高木焦油基再生沥青的抗变形能力,进而表现出较好的弹性。沥青的胶体状态与热储存时间有较大关联,热储存时间的延长会使沥青产生一定程度的老化,沥青由溶胶态转变为溶-凝胶态。沥青的胶凝指数随热储存时间延长而升高,导致流动性降低,沥青变得脆硬。热储存作用促使沥青发生氧化反应,高温条件下沥青的芳香分官能团峰强度降低而羰基和亚砜基官能团峰强度升高,沥青内部组分发生变化。【结论】与RA-102再生沥青相比,木焦油基再生沥青的再生剂相不易与沥青相产生分离,在搅拌均匀的前提下,木焦油基再生沥青的可储存时间更长,使用性能更稳定。热储存对再生沥青使用性能有一定程度的削弱作用,在实际应用中应尽可能缩短再生沥青的高温储存时间,并在拌制混合料前搅拌均匀。【Objective】To explore the thermal storage stability of wood tar-based rejuvenated asphalt and lay a foundation for the preparation and storage of bio oil-based rejuvenated asphalt.【Method】The thermal storage stability and performance variation of base asphalt,wood tar-based rejuvenated asphalt and RA-102 rejuvenated asphalt were tested and compared by softening point test,dynamic shear rheological test,component analysis test and infrared spectroscopy test.【Result】The thermal storage effect can increase the softening point of asphalt and weaken its stability.The thermal storage stability of wood tar-based rejuvenated asphalt is weaker than that of base asphalt and stronger than that of RA-102 rejuvenated asphalt.Thermal storage can increase the complex modulus of asphalt and decrease its phase angle.The synergistic strengthening effect of wood tar,biomass fiber and plasticizer can improve the anti-deformation ability of wood tar-based rejuvenated asphalt,and then show a good elasticity.The colloidal state of asphalt is closely related to the thermal storage time.The extension of thermal storage time will cause a certain degree aging of asphalt,and the asphalt will change from sol-state to sol-gel state.The gel index of asphalt increases with the extension of thermal storage time,which leads to the decrease of fluidity and the asphalt becomes brittle and hard.The oxidation reaction is induced by thermal storage,under the condition of high temperature,the peak strength of aromatic functional groups of asphalt get stronger while the peak strength of carbonyl and sulfoxide functional groups become weaker.and the internal components of asphalt are changed.【Conclusion】Compared with RA-102 rejuvenated asphalt,the rejuvenated agent phase of the wood tar-based rejuvenated asphalt is not easy to separate from the asphalt phase.On the premise of uniform mixing,the storage time of the wood tar-based rejuvenated asphalt is longer and its service performance is more stable.Thermal storage can weaken the perform
