摘  要:ASME空气预热器性能测试中修正后的排烟温度需要考虑进口烟气流量及X特性比值的影响,且通常修正时参照厂家的修正曲线进行。ASME PTC 4.3—2017性能测试规程中提供了一种空气预热器性能预测的计算方法,提供的计算模型基于某一实际运行或设计的基准工况,并可在缺乏空气预热器详细结构参数的条件下对某一任意预期工况进行性能计算。根据某空气预热器厂家提供的设计数据,验证了2个变负荷工况的计算结果。在此基础上对进口烟气流量及X特性比值偏离设计值的修正曲线进行了计算,并给出了具体计算结果,此计算结果可以在空气预热器性能测试时需要校核厂家提供的修正曲线时提供参考。During the air preheater performance test,the corrected gas temperature leaving air preheater is influenced by the gas flow and the X-ratio,which are normally corrected based on performance curves provided by the manufacturer.In the newly revised version of the PTC 4.3—2017,a calculation method to predict of the air preheater performance is provided.And the calculation model provided takes the data of one practical operation case or design case as the baseline,and calculates the expected performance under one new operation condition when the detailed configuration data of the air preheater is not available.An example is provided based on the design data of an air preheater manufacturer,and the results of two operation cases are verified.Calculations are made for various cases of flue gas flow and X-ratio deviation conditions,and correction curves and results are provided,which can be used for reference and verification of the correction curves of the manufacturer during air preheater performance test.
