摘  要:垂直管圈水冷壁因其系统阻力小、给水泵功耗低等特点被广泛应用于大型火电机组中,但其对炉内燃烧热偏差的适应性不足,即使加装节流圈也难以适应负荷频繁变化、煤种多变造成的热负荷分布变化,水冷壁超温、爆管问题突出。从改善电站锅炉燃烧率和煤水比控制的角度出发,提出了一套适应垂直管圈直流炉特性的优化控制策略,能有效抑制或消除垂直管圈水冷壁传热恶化现象,提高电站锅炉设备运行可靠性,适应当前火电机组调峰调频的需求。The vertical tube water wall is widely used in large thermal power units due to its low system resistance and low power consumption of pumps.However,it has insufficient adaptability to the combustion heat deviation in the furnace,even if a throttle is installed,it is difficult to adapt to the changes of temperature distribution caused by frequently changes of load or coal types.The problems of over-temperature and tube explosion of water-cooled wall are prominent.From the perspective of improving the combustion rate and the control of the coal-water ratio,this paper proposes a set of optimized control strategies adapted to the characteristics of the vertical tube once through boiler to effectively inhibit or eliminate the deterioration of heat transfer and improve the operation reliability.
