摘 要:随着风电大规模接入电网,考虑风电出力不确定性的电力系统长期合同电量分解成为困扰工程界的一个难点。为了应对风电出力的不确定性及负荷需求,在长期电量合同得到充分执行的前提下,应尽可能减小弃风量。对此,提出考虑风电接入的年度合同电量分解算法,建立将年度合同电量分解到日的协同优化新模型,并采取滚动修正求解策略。在将年度合同电量分解到月的过程中,主要考虑气象条件及电量的不平衡修正,采用逐段法进行调度分解。在将月度合同电量分解到日的过程中,主要考虑弃风量及合同完成率的影响,采用协同优化新模型及滚动修正求解策略。通过算例证明了所提出算法的正确性和有效性。With the large-scale integration of wind power into the grid,the decomposition of the long-term contracted electric quantity of the power system considering the uncertainty of wind power output has become a difficult point that plagues the engineering circle.In order to cope with the uncertainty of wind power output and load demand,the amount of wind curtailment should be reduced as much as possible on the premise that the long-term electricity contract is fully implemented.In this regard,decomposition algorithm of annual contract power considering wind power access was proposed,and a new collaborative optimization model that decomposes the annual contract electricity consumption to days was established,and a solution strategy with rolling correction was adopted.In the process of decomposing the annual contract electricity into months,the main consideration is the meteorological conditions and the correction of electricity imbalance,and the segment-by-segment method is adopted for scheduling decomposition.In the process of decomposing the monthly contract electricity into days,the main consideration is the impact of the wind curtailment and the contract completion rate,and the new collaborative optimization model and the solution strategy with rolling correction are adopted.A calculation example was used to prove the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
