摘　　要：归纳总结了“同源异效”中药用药现象的历史沿革和研究现状,运用超分子“印迹模板”理论对“同源异效”中药用药现象进行深入剖析:中药与人体都是生物巨复超分子体,中药成分作为客体进入人体后产生药效,其作用本质遵循超分子“印迹模板”自主作用规律,具有相同(或相似)的“印迹模板”产生相同(相似)的药效,反之亦然。中药“同源异效”现象是由其入体后的客体“印迹模板”差异程度决定。以中药超分子“印迹模板”自主作用规律为基础,阐明“同源异效”中药的超分子作用机制,为相关研究提供借鉴,助力“同源异效”中药开发产业化。Historical evolution and research status of drug use phenomenon of“homologous and different effects”of traditional Chinese medicine were summarized in this paper,and drug use phenomenon of“homologous and different effects”of traditional Chinese medicine was analyzed by supramolecular“imprinted template”theory.Traditional Chinese medicine and human body are biological giant supramolecular bodies.Traditional Chinese medicine components as objects enter the human body to produce efficacy.The essence of their action follows the autonomous action law of supramolecular“imprinted template”.The same(or similar)“imprinted template”produces the same(or similar)efficacy,and vice versa.The phenomenon of“homologous effect”of traditional Chinese medicine is determined by the difference of“imprinted template”of the object after its entry.In this paper,the mechanism of supramolecular action of“homologous and different effects”of traditional Chinese medicine was elucidated based on autonomous action law of“imprinted template”of traditional Chinese medicine supramolecular,which provides reference for related research and promotes the development and industrialization of“homologous and different effects”of traditional Chinese medicine.
