摘 要:以吉林省长白山地区4个海拔梯度(600、1000、1400 m和1800 m)的野生蓝靛果忍冬为试材,采用AFLP分子标记技术,研究了不同海拔梯度野生蓝靛果忍冬间的遗传多样性,以期为蓝靛果忍冬野生资源的保护与利用和优质种质资源的选育提供参考依据。结果表明:野生种群间Nei基因多样性指数和Shannon信息指数的均值分别为0.4675和0.6602。总基因多样度为0.4620,基因分化系数为0.0065,说明总体上不同海拔种群间遗传多样性较高。各种群遗传多样性从高到低依次为1400、1000、680 m和1800 m。基于遗传距离通过非加权组平均法(UPGMA)将4个海拔种群分为2组,其中低海拔600 m和1000 m一组;高海拔1400 m和1800 m一组。Taking the wild Lonicera caerulea of four altitude gradient that including 600 m,1000 m,1400 m and 1800 m in Changbai Mountain of Jilin Province.AFLP molecular marker technology was used,the genetic diversity of wild blue honeysuckle between different altitude was studied,in order to provide reference for the conservation and utilization of wild resources of Lonicera caerulea and the breeding of high-quality germplasm resources.The results showed that the averages of genetic diversity index was 0.4675,and the averages of Shannon information index was 0.6602.The total gene diversity was 0.4620 and the gene differentiation coefficient was 0.0065,that suggests genetic diversity was higher among populations at different altitudes.The genetic diversity of each population from high to low was 1400 m,1000 m,680 m and 1800 m.Based on genetic distance,the four altitudes were divided into two groups by unweighted group mean method(UPGMA),among which one was the low altitudes 600 m and 1000 m and another was high altitude 1400 m and 1800 m.
